Ing. Lenka Kou\u0159imsk\u00e1, Ph.D. C\u00edlem infrastruktury je provozov\u00e1n\u00ed a podpora nov\u00e9ho interdisciplin\u00e1rn\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu v\u00a0oblastech od prim\u00e1rn\u00ed zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 v\u00fdroby, zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed a technologie potravin a\u017e po kvalitu, autenticitu a bezpe\u010dnost potravin, surovin, produkt\u016f a dopl\u0148k\u016f stravy. Konsorcium METROFOOD-RI zahrnuje 48 instituc\u00ed z 18 evropsk\u00fdch zem\u00ed (15 \u010dlensk\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f a 5 p\u0159idru\u017een\u00fdch zem\u00ed).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Posun v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 infrastruktury METROFOOD-RI do f\u00e1ze \u201eEarly Stage Implementation\u201c m\u00e1 zajistit d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed projekt METROFOOD-EPI v\u00a0r\u00e1mci programu Horizont Evropa, jeho\u017e je c\u00edlem je jej\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed rozvoj a implementace. Tento krok je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro pos\u00edlen\u00ed v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch kapacit v\u00a0oblasti potravin a zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed. \u00davodn\u00ed setk\u00e1n\u00ed k\u00a0projektu METROFOOD-EPI prob\u011bhlo ve dnech 24. a 25. ledna 2024 na Technick\u00e9 univerzit\u011b v\u00a0Mnichov\u011b (Freising).<\/p><p>Projekt METROFOOD-EPI se zam\u011b\u0159uje na n\u011bkolik kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch oblast\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b vytvo\u0159en\u00ed pr\u00e1vnick\u00e9 osoby pro spr\u00e1vu infrastruktury, specifikace technick\u00e9 implementace zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed slu\u017eeb, konsolidace pozice projektu v evropsk\u00e9m v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed a zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed jeho dlouhodob\u00e9 udr\u017eitelnosti.<\/p><p>Dosa\u017een\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f v\u00a0t\u011bchto oblastech umo\u017en\u00ed u\u017eivatel\u016fm v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 infrastruktury (v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdm pracovn\u00edk\u016fm, politik\u016fm, inspek\u010dn\u00edm a kontroln\u00edm org\u00e1n\u016fm, zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00fdm a potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdm spole\u010dnostem, spot\u0159ebitel\u016fm a ob\u010dan\u016fm) p\u0159\u00edstup k\u00a0\u0161irok\u00e9 \u0161k\u00e1le slu\u017eeb, nejmodern\u011bj\u0161\u00edm laborato\u0159\u00edm, za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm a experiment\u00e1ln\u00edm struktur\u00e1m.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e7b8624 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"e7b8624\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<figure class=\"wp-caption\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"605\" height=\"247\" src=\"https:\/\/metrofood.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/epi_kom.jpg\" class=\"attachment-full size-full wp-image-1423\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/metrofood.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/epi_kom.jpg 605w, https:\/\/metrofood.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/epi_kom-300x122.jpg 300w, https:\/\/metrofood.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/epi_kom-18x7.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 605px) 100vw, 605px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<figcaption class=\"widget-image-caption wp-caption-text\">\u00davodn\u00edho setk\u00e1n\u00ed k projektu METROFOOD-EPI na Technick\u00e9 univerzit\u011b v Mnichov\u011b (Freising) se z\u00fa\u010dastnila koordin\u00e1torka pro \u010ceskou republiku, prof.
